Amazing Italian restaurant on site with tasty food and a cozy bar. the location is very convenient, with historical sites and shops within walking distance. Quiet and spacious room with a desk and comfortable chairs. Bathroom with great shower and plentiful fluffy towels.

Thin walls. the neighbors' conversation can be easily heard, as well as outside noise from the street.

Great location within walking distance to all attraction in the city.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions and sights of the city, making it easy to explore. the rooms are clean, roomy, and functional, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel has a delightful terrace where guests can enjoy their meals or drinks.

The shower facilities could use some improvement, with issues such as broken curtain holders and mold growth, which can be off-putting.

Hotel was centrally located & about 15mins (very pleasant) walk from the Railway station & 5 mins walk from Porta Negra.Lots of variety of restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast was plentiful. Hotel Restaurant food was excellent - (italian biased). Hotel staff were excellent.

Well positioned for sight-seeing.

We stayed at a hotel during New Year that had a great location, just a few steps away from the shops and restaurants. The room itself was clean and spacious, perfect for our party of four. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the breakfast that was included in the rate. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they offered to help us with anything we needed during our stay.

Despite the good things, we had some negatives during our stay. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything that was going on in the hallway and in the rooms next to ours.

A very good hotel in the center of Trier. Trier is an excellent place to be after enjoying the beatifull Eifel. We did a motor trip; there a garage where you can park your motorbike.

The location was great - just a short walk from the main square in Trier.

The hotel staff, particularly the front desk/receptionist, were not very friendly/welcoming, especially in regards to our young children.

The location of the hotel was great. It is only a 2 minute walk to all of the shops and not too much farther to the Trier tourist sites (it is even right around the corner from the Karl Marx house). There was plenty of parking and the staff was helpful. I even found the beds to be suprisingly comfortable.

The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly and breakfast was great. The hotel was in a great location - within walking distance of the city centre and Trier's key attractions. I thought it offered good value for money.

It is nice and clean, very close to the sights of the city. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet well stocked.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect both for sightseeing and shopping - everything is within a walking distance from the place. The breakfast should be mentioned as tasty and healthy at the same time with a variety of fruit and dairy products and no sweets included. We recommend it to everybody.
